I walk with storms in my blood and the wild in my soul — the world bends to those who respect the fury of the earth.

Njora is a lone wolf, shaped by fierce pride and a quiet strength. Raised on the fringes of Imperial culture, she was molded by ancient spiritual traditions and by the distrust of those who saw her as a “pagan.” That rejection cultivated a quiet resilience and fierce pride, but also a heart deeply attuned to the excluded, the persecuted, and the forgotten.
She is cunning and unpredictable, with a sharp mind that balances logic and instinct. Though not a formally trained mage, Njora possesses practical knowledge—enchantments, and the manipulation of life energy. Her combat style is almost primal, blending technique with brutality. She observes before she strikes, but when she does, it’s with fury and precision.
Despite her wild reputation, Njora is altruistic, fair, and fiercely protective—especially of the vulnerable. She breaks rules when they betray the spirit of justice, but her compassion does not make her soft. She is relentless against those who threaten her own.
Her ambition is not for glory, but for belonging and protection. Her pride and her habit of hiding her true intentions make it hard to fully trust her. Even when she loves, she carries secrets like blades tucked beneath her cloak.

Njora was born in 4E 142, during the First Seed, in the small town of Rivercrest, located on the Gold Coast along the Brena River, south of Cyrodiil. Daughter of Nords from The Reach in Skyrim, Njora grew up surrounded by ancient legends and the values of a people often seen as strange. Her family was labeled as pagans — beast worshippers, barbarians, heretics.
From childhood, Njora showed a natural fury for war. She was trained by Henrik Seven-Swords, a veteran who had settled in Rivercrest, and with him she learned to channel her ancestral rage into discipline and honor. As an adult, wielding a true claymore, she enlisted in the Nordic contingent during the Great War, fighting alongside the Blades and Henrik in daring raids against the Aldmeri Dominion.
After the Blades dissolved following the White-Gold Concordat, Njora and Henrik became targets. Hunted, they fled to Rivercrest in 4E 180, where she lived through experiences that earned the trust of the locals.
Over time, she realized her presence put Rivercrest at risk. She set out north, crossing Bruma and avoiding Thalmor patrols along the forgotten paths of the Jerall Mountains. At Skyrim’s borders, she found Hjorid, The Meek — a Nordic hunter with a gentle soul who gave her shelter. What started as a brief alliance turned into love, and soon their daughter Lisgrid was born.
Years later, investigators found the cabin. Njora, with no time to hesitate, sent Lisgrid to gather herbs, saving her life. She and Hjorid fought the invaders with what little they had. They were defeated, captured — and never heard from again.
